first please don't criticise me. we have this pigeon egg we found(its mother abandoned it after we accidentally landed a tennis ball in the nest, we waited for days but she did not come back). i have been keeping it in a draw with a hot water bottle and tin foil to keep in the heat. there is ventilation but we are on holiday so we have limited resources. we guessed it was around 5 days old when we took it in. we have had it for 4 days. i candled it and i can see the air sac but i can see specks that look like blood spots and there is no sign of blood vessels in that spidery way. i tried to take a pic but it didn't show very well. is it too early to tell or has it died.

The chances of a successful hatching and this bird actually living are pretty low to none given the conditions you are keeping it in. What are you going to do if something actually does hatch?

Your desire to save this egg is admirable but a bit misplaced IMO.

I'm no expert, but I would bet the egg is dead just by what happened. Eggs can be so sensitive. But it would be interesting if it was alive and hatched.
