Hi there,

I'm wondering what everyones thoughts are on having several different day and night cages as far as enrichment and behavior. Good Bad or Indifferent...
Thanks

I have a very, very large day cage for Pilo downstairs and a smaller one in the hall where he sleeps next to our bedroom!

Both are large cages and Pilo loves to go to both as he knows the day cage is full of food and activities and the night one is closed, quiet and safe!

So yes, it works very well!

I have sleep cages for my birds in a quiet bedroom, they love going to bed in them!

I honestly love day and night cages :) Did them for a year or so with Jingo and Koopa! Then we went to a bird room, so it wasn't needed anymore, but I honestly felt like they slept so much better in their little "nest" and were nicer during the day around their day cages.
