Hi, it's my first post on this forum.
Yesterday, I noticed my cockatiel had a broken nail, pretty much in half. It looks like there may have been a tiny drop of blood, since the end of the "new nail" is a bit brown, but if there was, it dried up quickly.
I called my vet and he just recommended to keep an eye out and it would be fine. I've cleaned the cage and the entire room to avoid the risk of infection anyways.
He is fine for the most part, except he doesn't put a lot of weight on that paw right now.
Would still like to know your opinion!
