Any kitten experts?

I just used toilet paper and a wash cloth to clean him up afterwards. It needs to be on the kitten’s genitals. I didn’t use a wet wash cloth on his belly for fear of letting him get too cold.
I wish she was close because I’d take the kitten myself.

I wish so too!! I think you have done a fantastic job with Dario.

What do you think about the suppositories? I almost think that is too much. I have just never had any problem with constipation in kittens.

I think that I was very lucky with Dario, and that I had familiar support... and that lives are more important than sleep, lol. My mom even asked if I was close enough to take the kitten.

I went to the ER when Dario missed pooping for two days and what they told me was they didn’t like suppositories because you had to keep using them. Some vets think it’s fine. I’m not a vet, I have experience with one kitten, if the vet got the kitten to poo without it, I would guess the issue lies within the method but I don’t know.

He’s starting to act like a little cat now. I was on Discord with a buddy of mine and when I looked over, Dario had pulled himself onto the bed and was hangin out. I snapped some pictures.

He’s brought me a lot of joy and lent me the ability to see with more perspective than I’ve had in a while.

I can not believe the progress with this kitten, I am in total awe every time you post a photo of him. Dario emailed me the other day and the only complaint he has was the color of his harness- he wants a more manly one- with studs.
