The hospital just called. Nothing has passed yet and she's stressed being there. My poor baby :(They are going to do some barium xrays right now.

I just heard from the hospital. The barium xrays showed nothing! So she must have passed the mass last night and ate it. Now she is wating and drinking on her own. So she is feeling better! The vet suggested Lupron shots, but I don't know what to do about that.

aShe's home!!!!

The egg (yolk, or whatever it was) was pressing on the nerve of her left leg so she has a bad limp and can't perch. :( She is able to stay semi stable on her cotton perch. I'm letting her rest for a bit, with the cage half covered, and in a bit I'll go and move the perches lower in the cage. I'm worried she won't be able to get to her food and water.

The vet said besides her Vit. A and Ca deficiencies, she looks very healthy. Great feather, poo cultures were clean.

She was so happy to be back in her cage and hear Rocco chirping!

Glad Biscut is home and doing better.:) I would think you could put the food, water and perches lower so she can get to them until she is moving better.
