I think part of that was on their vet. They told them that she was suckling her feathers for comfort, when in reality it's more like chewing herself out of (probably) boredom

It's the absolute randomness that got me usually she's so chill when she's out, and if there is a freak out it's definitely short lived - not a full minute of AAAAAAAA
