Hmmm, guess I need some new perches. The vet saw the types of perches in the birds' cages when we had to board them and said to take out the sandpaper textured perches and the ones that are made of brick, prickly looking material. He prefers natural wood. Wasabi has mostly natural wood in his everyday cage and Snuggles has one of those prickly ones in his travel cage. Out they go.

I always like the rope perches. For some reason, they all choose to sit on them rather then the wood.
