Are water spots normal for SS cages?
That makes sense. Towel drying will make a difference.yes, I have a playstand with a stainless pan, you have to towel dry or you'll end up buffing out water spots. How bad it is will depend on the water in your area. I don't have to wipe as many spots off from use since I fill the cups with filtered water, but I have to be careful after I wash it.
Im located in the rainiest place on earth...well.... maybe in the states
What exactly does "Brushed SS" mean? Sorry if I dont understand..
And I wonder if John does this with his cages? Or would do it for someone's cage, and I wonder what the price would be...
Trouts right. Brushed is the way to go. Polished looks nice if you don't touch it.polished would have a mirror shine to it, brushed has a duller look to it.
Also instead of a smooth surface brushed SS will have a textured look and feel to it, like a paint brush leaves behind.
I'm trying to figure out the lock style on the Northwest Cages. What do you guys think?
