You might try talking quietly to her, even whispering and see if she responds by screaming.

If she's still taking treats, then great! Keep that up!

You might even try target training through her cage bars. Once she gets good at targeting anywhere within her cage for a reward, you can then try through the cage door and eventually out of the cage.

Barbara Heidenreich is wonderful. But
Parrot Wizard, I haven’t heard that name in a long time.
Both he and BT still have a lot to learn, IMO.

@Monica By the way my parrot isn't near a window so she doesn't see outside the trees other birds etc does that affect her?

It's hard to say, Alex. Bearing near a window could be a form of enrichment where she gets to see what's going on outside... or it could be something to fear because things outside could be scary.... cars, wild animals, moving branches, etc.
