Well that's good news that's she's stopped the regurgitating.
Is she eating normally again?
She'd never had issues with appetite, even after vomiting she'd still go for her food.

Oh no, I've done that. So frustrating! Do you have any for tomorrow?

She woke me up again tonight, more vomiting. I'm wondering if this one was brought on by stress because I just did a through cleaning of her cage and also she really didn't have a great time getting her meds yesterday night. She flew out of her cage and it took five minutes to get her back in (she was too scared to go on her own)
Edit: also I realized after I gave her last night's dose she didn't have time to eat before I turned out the lights. The medicine says "take with food" on it. Could this have caused it?

It is possible.
Did the throw up look like the medicine?

No, this time it was a lot more solid rather than liquidy. I offered her some millet just to get some food in her ASAP to see if that was the issue and she stopped vomiting. She took her morning meds with no issues afterwards too so I think that was the problem.

Got her night time dose about 15 minutes ago. Made sure she ate afterwards. She has some vomit stuck to her face and she's scratching a lot because I assume it's quite itchy. Any way I can help her get it off?

A little dawn dish detergent on a q tip and then a rinse of the area and dry with a small cloth.

Please keep us updated. It does sound like she has some kind of infection going on. How much longer till you can get here there?

Could birds throw up because of eating too fast (thinking like cats and dogs) her vomit was chunky and had millet in it (I give her some after she takes her meds because I know she'll eat it immediately) like it was digested properly. I'm going to stop giving her millet as a treat after her medication and see what happens. I'll offer her greens and her normal pellets instead

She could be. You should give her a little bit if time before you giver millet and then just kinda space it out. See how she does if you space it out.

Greens would be a good substitute for her then the millet.

Unfortunately if she's still vomiting, and you're almost done with the medication, then I don't think it's working.:( Could be the wrong antibiotic, or it could not be bacterial. I hope you can get a sooner appointment!:bluhug:

Absolutely still going to get her to the vet, even if the vomiting stopped I want to get her tested for possible liver/kidney disease because of her age and her past diet
