I want more of a living arrangement, where she can live in it rather then sit there sick in it.What do you mean by hospital unit? Are you looking for humidity and heat or O2?
We could turn that box into oxygen without issue. Use a heating pad for heat

Perhaps you already have that setup with some modifications as Sarah mentioned,
Wish you luck find the solution that helps you feel better.
Big hug.
My heart can't take anymore rescues, I'm good. She will be my last little waif.Remember, putting her on oxygen will only give her temporary relief and help out her vital organs (liver, heart, kidneys, pancreas and brain).
With the number of birds that you have and the ones you are rescuing, you should really, really have an oxygen set up.
OMG I love it... I want two!
It's a nice unit. I bought mine from a vet a few years ago.
OMG if ANYONE EVER finds a used one at a good price.... CONTACT ME. I hate to ask what you paid.
I was able to make a top for an aquarium using acrylic. If you want her to live in it 24/7 just get a larger container and turn the O2 down from 5 liters to 3 liters. I looked at aquariums at one time, but none of them have an air proof top.
