Those are the ones I know of for sure
I can understand night fright, but this was before her bed time, and in living room. Lights on and all.Nerd bird used to get night frights. He would wake up and start thrashing around scared to death and unable to see or focus properly. Usually one foot would be balled up as well. If I made any noise he'd startle and start bouncing of anything around him. If I touched him he'd lash out and bite as hard as he could. I learned to talk quietly to him and after 5 to 10 minutes he'd come out of it, start making noises again and start eating and see me. He did that his whole life life occasionally and never had a permanent issue because of it. I THINK what happened is his foot would fall asleep and he'd wake up to a numb non working foot and completely freak out till the feeling came back. He always seemed to be working and messing with one foot once he came back. He made it 31 years with me and you might want to look up Pionus night frights as I think Amazons are kinda related to Pionus.
