I have his cage next to my desk, he always sits like this and looks at me like this sometimes. His crest is raised I believe to the highest it will go, he's puffed up, and he'll either click or grind his beak at me. I'm fairly certain it's grinding, which I have read as being both good and bad? He's just sitting on his perch clicking or grinding. How do I tell the difference?

It could be that he's falling asleep but is still not 100% sure of you to completely ignore your movements. Jeff and Mabel will nap when I'm around but if I move they'll wake up to see what I'm up to.

They like to watch us (HumanTV!) and you sitting at your desk is a good time for him to see what you're up to. When my desk was next to the cage and I was sitting there, that was when they'd dare come close to me (for a millet bribe).

If we still had TV I'd 100% let bro watch. What do they like watching? I was thinking I put on Little Bear for bro or Markiplier, but I can't quite gauge what he'd be into just yet.
Millet bribe wise, I've been trying to work with him on getting some millet from me. I'm not 100% sure how bribing works, but from what I've gathered, you offer it to them until they either take a nibble or back away whenever they do. Not sure if that's right but other than that he's either foraging in his food box or sitting on his perch. Since his new perches and ladders are coming in today, I wanna try and let him out of his cage.
