Is there an area I can ask a question and post a video about my parrots behavior? His behavior is very clear in the video but I don't know why he is doing it but it is scaring me.

Thank you everyone but I've since found out that he is doing a skirt dance. I didn't realize what he was doing and didn't put him up and he simply stops on his own after a minute or 2. I hope I'm not creating a monster.
