What kind of cereal do you use, and what brand of seed mix?

If you dont mind, I'd love to copy it, or even use it in my birdie breads

The seed mix is formulated especially for my vet with her specifications. It is a clean fresh seed mix with no junk.
The cereals are just different things from health food stores. The cherrios are multi-grain.
