...Just make sure there are no palmetto bugs in them, a favorite place for the little nasties.
Don't tell her!!!

I would suggest transplanting them way outside in the grass :D not indoors :)

ok you comin' down with a 12 ft long roller brush to paint over the top? :hehe:
One good thing is there are pine trees on that side which sort of shelter the view....

the idea is growing on me....:p

sure, ought to be a good laugh when I fall off the ladder :hehe:

(wait a minute - I have a 15' extend a pole here, so no problem!!)

I like the idea - if you think it will be too bright, maybe decrease the number of panels?

I love being able to see outside where ever I am though

Queens get HUGE:eek:!! It's going to look like Jumanji in there..hehe...Just make sure there are no palmetto bugs in them, a favorite place for the little nasties. Very nice Saroj, I like the clear panel ideas, but I bet enough light gets in as it is for the palms.
palmetto bugs :eek::eek::eek:
Enough light does get in, but now I'm getting visions of actual sunlight flooding that section :D

you have me thinking (again)

all palms are safe? we have these native windmill looking palms that grow all over my yard - I could just dig up a couple of the small ones and bring them in :)

there are 'windmill palms'

I was just looking for it and I think what I have are either Needle Palms or sabal minor (dwarf palmetto) - leaning toward the palmettos

either way, I have a few small enough to bring in :)

friendly too - she rolled over for me to scratch her tummy like the dogs!!

I think she was looking for Mr Whiskers - he adopted us a few months ago and lives in the chicken/goat/duck yard

(I swear there is a sign on my house that says - 'Free Eats Here!')

I think I could dig up a couple, they grow pretty fast and it would be a nice start anyway ;)

Home Depot is on my list for next week too :D
