Strange discoloration

Hello, I took my cockatiel out of her cage this morning and found that her feathers had a strange color right under her wings. Is this something to be concerned about?

It's either simply misplaced feathers or she's moulting (my personal opinion). She should sort them out on her own in either case within a few days.

Thank you so much! I also remembered that I had greasy food the other night and she helped herself to some, so it might just be grease that she needs to wash off.
