Oh I meant to say these birds are nesting with their partners in nest boxes on my property!!!

Also Eastern Bluebird females only have one ovary!
Male bluebirds escort their partners during nesting season ! It awesome to see it you can tell he is a gentleman bodyguard. This male came took a bath first then got the female and watched over her while she got a bath ! She is extra light almost white looking! I hope I can get her pictures next time !

Yes my Camelias just finished as well . I'm so lucky they are large and mature and planted by previous owner. The 2 I've planted 4 years ago are still so small.

Let me see your azaleas!!!!

I know these aren't really a "flower" but dead nettle is always my favorite thing to see in the spring. It's like my sign that it's coming. I've always loved it so much.

It's said to have amazing health benefits, so I'm thinking of picking it today and seeing what I can do with it

Native black cherry tree in bloom! Tiny berries are relished by birds ! Hoast tree for tiger swallowtail!! Pictures of one st top of thread he had just emerged ! Grew up in my yard ! Wild birds planted the tree! Just gave a sapling to a neighbor who has started wildlife yard.

I'm trying to get my parrot's eating hibiscus...no takers yet but I've only offered twice so far . I felt guilty for growing these until I spotted hummingbirds and bumblebees collecting pollen from them !!
