Video Should I separate by two budgies?

I'll cut to the chase, taming my two budgies is fine but i've been growing increasibly more worried about how aggressive they are with eachother, the cage is big with a decent amount of perches, each one has a bowl for food and a place to drink from but they still fight in a way that really worries me especially because it's always the same one that falls to the bottom of the cage. I do have a spare cage in case they need to separated which is honestly my personal opinion since these fights happen on an daily basis.

Here is a viedeo i managed to shoot where the aggressivity is showcased, it's always the same one that starts the fights :shake:.

I keep my budgies separate because one’s is territorial and hogs food. Some budgies, like mine, don’t get along inside cages together but do when they are outside their cage together.

Does this only happen when you are involved? I mean, like are they vying for territory? Or does he just begin fights when you're not even near the cage?

A few questions...I'm assuming they are both males? Can't tell from the video. Were they bought together or was one there for awhile before the second was brought in? As @Fergus Mom has asked, does this only happen when you are present and engaging? I'd get a separate cage if one budgie is repeatedly being bullied.

Sorry for the late reply , internship had hands this week,

One Is a girl and she's the one that starts fights, usually it's mostly about food. It also happens when i'm in other rooms but I'd say that they fight more when I clean the cage and get closer to them (like hands in the cage and etc), they also fight mostly in the morning.
Both budgies were bought from the same breeder and they're Brother and Sister.

The thing that strucks me as odd is that they fight but then preen eachother, regurgitate on eachother and they sleep next to eachother on the big swing i have in the cage.
I'm also not really thrilled about separating them cause the other cage is big enough for a budgie but it's a big downgrade from my current cage but in case it's needed i can get it.

I doubt very much that it is linked to hormones then, so it's likely just sibling rivalry when it comes to the food. She just wants it all.
I want to recommend, as @Scorpi0 suggested you could try moving the dishes further apart, or even add a few more - she'll not be able to defend them all.
She will settle down once she realises there's plenty of food to go round.

Oh my a pretty dramatic reaction in the one thst fell! Really....that's not needed little one!

My budgies boys do the little lunges over food and the other is like so what you dont scare me! And they go back to eating. They are great buddies but there is always mini bluffs and posturing.

I think things will work out with your cuties.

If only one is always falling, I'd observe if it has some kind of balance issue or times it falls all on its own ?
