I highly advise you to remove it. They’re *very* dangerous. I’ve fostered too many birds that were permanently crippled from broken legs due to shackles that got caught, and the bird struggling to get free.

I learned last week that there are 3 new macaws at "My" rescue. They were removed from a hoarding situation and hadn't been let out of their cages of seen daylight in a very long time

A pair of blue and gold, and a catalina. They are pretty, but I don't think I should post their pictures here. It may be an on-going legal situation, and they have just entered quarantine prior to being made available for adoption.

Levi isn't with me right now as I am living in a dorm at college, but here's some photos from a fellow bird aficionado and a good friend of mine who is caring for her until I have my own place. My parents would take care of her but she despises my mom, and my mom is afraid of her. She has a lot of pin feathers in these after-bath pictures, when she gets lots of pinnies she won't always let us help her with them.
