The ingredients are as follows:

Ingredients: Whole grains - corn, soybean and wheat.

Minerals: calcium, cobalt, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium, sulphur & zinc. Fructose and amino acids.
Guaranteed Analysis:

They are specifically designed woth eclectus in mind, but i read somewhere that the pellets should have NO vitamins and this mix has a few

I bet someone will be along to help. In the meantime, if it helps you, I am trying to transition my girl to a diet of mostly fruits and vegetables. If you can get a good variety in them you can maintain a "complete nutrition" situation from your grocery store. It takes time, though.

That type of bird does not do good on a pelleted diet I would recommend you not even buying the pellets to be on the safe side

The trouble is getting them to eat a good variety to wean off of the pellets. Harrison have been suggested, but I don't know personally.

Some can develop issues with the vitamin a. It's not a naturally occurring thing. K is the precursor (beta carotene, aka carotonids... Sp) then converted to a in the body.

There are Roudybush, pretty bird species specific, zupreme, vetafarm, tops, Harrison’s pellets available here that I can think of off the top of my head but I have no clue about the suitability for Ekkies.
There are also pellets that I can’t think of the name of for certain but I think they are called black parrot

It may be worth your while checking out Dr Jason Crean’s FB group. I believe they feed completely raw fresh diets that are balanced..... @Mizzely is that correct?

That would be a good place to start!

Ekkies are an odd one because sone do just fine with some pellets while others are really sensitive. TOPS pellets and Goldenfeast are considered Ekkie safe as they do not contain synthetic vitamins

I am an Ekkie, enthusiast but do not yet have my own ekkie bird.

I do feed mostly raw to my flock. Pellets are offered very sparingly. This is because of kidney health with my little mutation parrotlets. If the bulk of your diet is raw the risk from pellets is greatly reduced. Pellets are good nutritional supplements and contain all vitamins. Hari is an option that some members of the parrot society go with. I also have vetafarm for some of my flock, but like you I am not convinced it is the best option.

Going raw does take a lot of commitment and you must be prepared for that. I prep fresh foods every single morning. They are offered sprouts daily. Every afternoon I clean the cage and all the dishes go through the dishwasher.

Variety is more important than quantity. Rich green veg is important: Silverbeet, Brussel sprouts, beans, broccoli, the list goes on. Fruits And veg rich in vitamin a: mango, carrot, passion fruit,
