If you don’t mind me asking, what are the veggies in the bowl? I see beans, cabbage (?) carrots, broccoli… and I think I see some onions in the corner - aren’t they supposed to be poisonous?

No, no onions. Kidney beans, peas, chickpeas, mung beans, whole wheat rice, lentils.
Brussels cabbage, broccoli, Carrot, cauliflower
I think I understand what you likened to an onion. That purple cabbage. And some greens, arugula, spinach.
