This is the opposite of bird watching, but I enjoyed the perspective it offers (i.e. the bird's as they fly above the canopy).

The video should work even if you're not on Facebook.

The Macaw Recovery Network is an organization that's focused on breed and release programs for the Great Green and Scarlet Macaws, as well as the Yellow-naped amazon.

They're also focused on preserving habitat.

Really nice video! I love the purple trees; sad to see they're endangered.

Are those purple trees Jacaranda? My brother had a huge one in his front yard in S. Calif.

It would be nice if our birds could just fly over and enjoy it and not have to deal with all of the downsides of living wild.

They're Mountain almond trees, and according to the MRN, they're one of the most important trees to the Great Green Macaw (Buffon's Macaw). Not only as a food source, but also providing 85% of their nesting sites.
