My baby cockatiel is sick and needs a treatment (sad update #7)

The image above shows that the bird has like a ballon under his neck and I don't know the reason behind that. He is not eating anymore and loosing weight. Please let me know if anybody knows the reason and how to treat this kind of issues

Yes I hand feed my birds. Unfortunately he deid today. About 4 weeks old

I'm sorry your little one died. You should figure out the exact reason this baby died so as not to repeat the same procedures you use for feeding to avoid any further losses. Fill us in on all that you know about hand feeding including temperatures of formula, how you determine that temperature, what you feed as formula and what you use to feed a baby with.
