if we had the space (as in out on acreage) I suspect we'd have alot more native rescue furries and probably feathered ones too. It's a bit of a dream of mine to have this huge aviary (like 15 foot high and 30ft wide and deep) as a retirement place for cockatoos that have outlived their owners. Out on land away from people where they could scream their little lungs out, be as agro as they want and just live out their days being cockatoos in a flock situation but still having human interaction if they desire it. Guess I need to buy more lotto tickets. <sigh>
