Male or female budgie?

Hi! We’ve been hand feeding this baby budgie and he’s almost weaned now. We’ve been referring to him as a boy. But now we are unsure! He seems to act like a female, but then again, he’s only around 7 weeks old. Also, I have no idea what his variety or coloring is. Let me know what you think!

Accurate gender ID comes with the first molt. The lavender color of cere may however be male.
