I must confess that I love how they look like they’re made of play dough! But I would be missing an aviary, about 20 acres, a second hyacinth for company & a security detail = way more than £20,000!

Mine don’t & I’ve yet to hear of one living in a household with other budgies who does. On the plus side, dietary conversion is apparently also easier with one.

Cheesecake and Chirik CAN mimic human talk, but that's their discretion. They mimic cockatiels and squirrels accurately

he is capable of making very small, cave-man sentences too. “Gimme a kiss bird” is a common one lol. He also says “You scared Phoenix!” after a loud noise (something i said to my fiance a lot lol) “Me perdonas? Im sorry, its okay!” (me perdonas is “you forgive me?” in spanish) among other things. he is a talker
