A scarlett for 2,000.00 and a harlequin for 4,500.00?????

personally.. I would not recommend a Scarlet to a first time macaw owner :dead:

Generally either gentle giants or more shy/timid. They can obviously have aggression issues but Scarlets are known for their nippy/feisty/bite-y personalities.

Lol I was just talking about the prices. Not suggesting it as a first time parrot. Please re-read.
Oh for sure, I mean.. Scarlets here can be anything from 2k (unlikely) to 8k or 10k.. even more for subspecies. I have no idea for hybrid pricing. Standard macaw baby here though is 5k
