Leg bands

So Iv got a female umbrella cockatoo had her since 2011/2012 she came from a bird rescue in iowa, was told she was 15 at the time and her hatch day was on Halloween. Well after some research not sure how accurate it is tho but her leg band could mean she’s a bit older than what originally told. So I’m just curious if anyone on here knows anything about leg bands that are silver, closed, and with the # NMA 5852

The leg band is mainly for the breeder and identification I believe but I don't know much about them.
