Today Jade got an almond- the vet said they'd be good for her but might be too hard, Jade seemed to have no issue though.

She also tried applesauce! It's just plain unsweetened, the only ingredient is apples. Jade seems to love it!

You can buy the slivered almonds and break them into smaller pieces too. I have whole almonds, slivered, and the sliced almonds, chopped walnut pieces and pecan pieces ( for special treats and I love them too!).

Jade is such a cute lil nugget I honestly don’t know how you get anything else done all day besides stare at that adorable face!!

I brought down a playstand for Jade, but she only wants to sit on me lol. I also brought some dill and basil from my aerogarden, which she doesn't care about lol. She really loves cork, and 1/8inch balsa. She's just so sweet!

I'm so glad you're enjoying her. It's so much fun just to watch them explore!

It might be like said just because she was stressed out and scared. I have a issue where my heart like pauses occasionally like it waits a sec to rest and doc said it's fairly common and not dangerous and my mom is 80 now and has had a heart murmur her whole life. Occasionally when I get really upset it will bother me worse and probably what's happening with her.
Hang in there she'll probably be fine whether she grows out of it or not.
You and your vet are aware and being proactive and she is happy and other wise healthy

So far so good. Jade is the sweetest little baby. She loves scritches, and is even allowing me to get some of the pinnies on her head! She's starting to test out flying, and can glide a good 6 feet or so! She is also starting to step up without treats! She just wants to hang out with me when she's out, but in her cage she knows how to keep busy (the toys from @Macawnutz are currently feeling Jade's wrath). She loves balsa and cork, and is even trying out pine! She loves holding stuff in her feet too.

Jade has continued to be a sweet baby! I put a little bit of fleece in this big ferret tunnel, she seems to like it! She's munching on an almond in there right now

Cute! I like that it's a translucent pipe - makes it much less like a nest.

Has she taken a few little chomps out of the big block hanging behind her?
