Have two small buddies and one of them just started to get this fungi or something around it's beak please help I don't know anything, people say it's dried food or whatever but I just wanted to check and be sure!

Could be scaly face mites? Read about this on the link. You need to make an appointment with an avian veterinarian to have your budgie properly diagnosed. It definitely needs treatment and you'll have to see a vet to get the medication. The video I attached is for you to see cases of the scaly face mite. I know nothing about the medication the speaker is talking about. Still you need to take your bird to a vet.

Agreed it does like scaly face mites also to me. See a avian veterinarian for proper diagnosis

It's very important that you do as soon as possible to keep it from progressing to a much worse state.

Bear in mind both birds will need treating as well as their cage and contents.
