I think the best thing to do is to make sure you carve out some time every day with your bird. Their whole world has changed too! When my babies were sleeping, I would make sure to do one on one time for even just 10 mins with my birds. Time they don't have to compete for your attention. Trying to keep their schedule as similar as possible will help.
And yes, giving them as much safe exposure to the baby will definitely help! If they CAN be out of the cage while baby is around, that will be best, just because we don't want them to think "baby means I have to be caged all the time! Grr!"
However, if they are being a real stinker then it's okay for them to have a more cage time right now. It's temporary
