Calling all cooks!
I'm looking for an organic Nutriberry type recipe.
On my NO list is;
It doesn't need to have unsulphured dried fruit in it, but unsulphured Papaya would be alright.
No corn
No wheat
No peanuts
Chopped nuts would be alright. I'm making them for Macaws.
On my YES list is;
Some known non-allergenic type grains would be a must.
I'm thinking toasted cooked brown rice?
What about Oatmeal? Is that a good grain? I don't want to use known allergens.
Molasses would be fine. I think it offers a source for some minerals.
Now I need some advice from someone that cooks and bakes!
Thanks so much.
