How to determine a caique parrot age

Hello everyone I wanna ask you guys if you have any information whatsoever for caiques age and how to know maybe not exactly. My parrot is very hormonal and It would help me alot any kind of info..

For the most part, the best that you can do is say if it is a juvenile or adult without the leg band saying or knowing someone who knows for the specific bird that you are speaking of.

He has a leg band but the numbers dont add to any date is prolly a serial number he is for sure not a juvenile due to his eyes being orange

Its like this sk and d1 are frontal written and complete number are Sk D1 017250

He is originally from macedonia i think due to Sk meaning skopje i guess
