How do I change the thing under my name?

I was wondering how to change the little phrase underneath your name. For example, "Moving In" or "Biking Down the Boulevard." Does it depend on how long you have been on the forum or are there levels or can you change it?

You can't change it as its a standard description associated with your post count.
