"I have macaws and I don't post enough photos."

Last year @Macawnutz gave me a little reminder that I don't post enough pictures of Buzzard.

It is NOT your fault we forget she has a macaw.... I'll fix it.

Occasionally, she requests new ones and rather than hijack another thread, I've decided to make a thread for that purpose.

I have to painstaikingly upload them on my phone. Takes a bit, but I needed a thread to post 'em to.

I want a photo of your bird!

First I had to get the semi-hormonal twerp off of his stand. He's a dweeb until he offers his foot, then he's a sweetheart again.


He's getting better with the phone nearby.



And a couple with his "Want Sum?".

For some reason he's not interested in destroying it, he just beaks it lightly. The broken corner wasfrom Luv Bug.

He is really a beautiful hybrid. Very different looking but evenly colored. So cute!
Korbel is quite fond of small foot toys and keeps them intact for holding. We call it his baby wood.

What sort of hybrid is Buzzard? Looks like some sort of Military cross? He's very striking.

His eye rings are such a beautiful dark green. You can see it in the first two pics, the ones with the flash on.

That's the name he came with. Not sure if his last owner named him or one of his owners before her. When we asked his name, she said, "Buzz, or Buzzard when he's in trouble." But when he gets really excited he says, "Buzzard!" in a high-pitched voice. We figure if he says it when he's happy, he must like it!

Milligold are my favorite coloring of the macaws! Ugh I want to smooch that cute face! Can you just post photos of your entire flock!
Did you get him as a baby? ( Is he still a baby?how old is he?)
I would love a macaW ONEDAY down the road when the kids are grown lol!
