My little guy began limping and I saw some discoloration on his foot today. I believe it may be a result of the other birds we have (cockatiel and budgie) trying to play with his band.

I'm already closely monitoring him and am just wondering if he should be taken to an emergency vet based off the attached photo (I have a video as well but cannot seem to find a valid way of uploading it).

Note: I checked and there aren't any circulation issues with the band as of yet, I will be monitoring closely for any sign of swelling because of this.

Here's the directions on uploading a video:

I would probably monitor for 24-48 hours and potentially do a non-emergency visit if you can based on just the description. Is he able to grip with that foot?

He hasn't been gripping with it, but there has been no noticeable swelling into today. He has been attempting to put more weight on it, and we gave him a bit of cayenne to try reduce any swelling that could occur.
