Hi there I am a new GCc owner and my bird has never done this before and I am wonder if it is normal?
Rapid head bobbing and shaking from side to side with his neck stretched out and beak open. He is eating and drinking after doing so and seems normal now but I have never seen him do this

Thank you! He did it several times within a couple of minutes and then he hasn’t done it since. I took a video but I can’t attach it to this forum!

Sometimes they can get something stuck in their throat and they'll do this. Rue just did it last night. If it continues, vet check for possible yeast or bacterial infection.
