Did you know that you can give a parrot a (fully cooked) hard boiled egg as an occasional treat. Also, my amazon parrot, Paco never wants to eat millet. Is this because millet is only for smaller birds?

I'll be trying that with kiwi. I think Paco doesn't like millet because it's so small, but that's just a guess. Maybe unsalted sunflower seeds?
(That's a great siggie! Did you make it?)

My Jardine's also doesn't eat millet haha. You cana try cooking it into a porridge if you want!

Eggs are definitely a nice little treat! You can also scramble them.

Lol I was once sent some millet sticks as a freebie gift for Burt- he was not impressed with them at all but I found it funny.
I have offered some of Squeaks (Budgie) millet to Birdie (SC2) but he also was not impressed by the offer and tossed it with attitude to the other side of the aviary.

I definitely think millet is a treat for smaller birds only.

None of my boys like egg no matter how I serve it although Burt will eat a tiny bit of the mashed whites (I rarely offer the yolk) once every now and then- by tiny bit I mean a piece approx the size of a fly lol.

I did make it, and thank you very much. I could make you one if you need it.

Tobias used to love the occasional small bite of scrambled egg that I would make for him once in a blue moon.

I would avoid sunflower seeds. Pumpkin seeds are a better nutritional value.
