Finally!

We welcomed baby Charlie home! He is a gorgeous soft yellow and turquoise boy, 12 weeks. Flynn's actual brother- same mum and dad.

I tried hard to get a rescue, but this all happened suddenly and I think its perfect.

Little Charlie was a little shell shocked and fell asleep shortly after coming home. The boys are in seperate rooms but have been contact calling to one another. Flynn is VERY excited, for a budgie whose normal state is happy and excited he is positively beside himself. I can't wait to see how it unfolds!

I'll get some pictures when Charlie feels comfy don't think he is ready for a phone in his face yet.

Little Charlie has been so happy and curious I thought we'd brave some out of cage time....little munchkin flew to me! He went back to his cage afterwoods for a massive feed and nap. He is such a chilled out bird!

Little Charlie looks like a little Charlotte to me but I am no expert at all. A cutie none the less.

I'll have to learn all about introducing males and females and discouraging breeding!
I've never had a female, the idea of laying eggs and egg binding terrifies me!
