Does Your Bird Like Peas?

There seems to be a question as to whether birds love or hate peas. Where are your birds at?

Ripley is team Meh. He will sometimes chew on them but thats about it lol

Marvin really likes them, and they're probably the favourite green vegetable for my other two.

Their favorite format is big chunky snap peas (whole for the big boys and split open for Marvin).

I give thawed frozen peas sometimes.
Most of the budgies love them! They were one of LJ's favourites. First thing to go generally.
I am not sure about Quarter, he prefers to eat his veggies when I am not around. Most everything ends up on the floor, whether that's because he threw it there out of disgust or he dropped it while eating it I dont know. He too lazy to go retrieve it even if he loves it.

The budgies will eat them, Opie tosses them out of his bowl.

Birdie loves defrosted frozen peas more than anything and they are the main part of his vegetable intake. He will eat them defrosted and cold, warmed up with hot water or cooked. He won’t touch freeze dried ones yet though.

Burt likes green peas but there’s no way he’d eat them daily like his sweet potato unless they were freeze dried peas- omg he really loves freeze dried peas!

Squeak can’t be convinced that the peas aren’t going to attack him so as of yet he hasn’t eaten any and that includes freeze dried ones.

Bebe is semi picky eater. Some days loves them, some days are meh. He loves the garden fresh ones sugar snap, the frozen ones are ping pong balls that you throw in any direction.lol

My birds eat them anyway they get them....fresh, cooked, frozen/thawed, cold/warm & freeze dried.

indie was first to check them out but ate the sesame seeds over peas

What was a small pinch Yorkshire women I do too big portions
is that too many peas ? I’ve put carrot with them haven’t touched them tho going to remove them in half an hr before the spoil
