Do all parrots do heart wings?

Having previously had a tiel, we often talked about cockatiels doing heart wings, especially the boys. I never really thought about other parrots doing heart wings until I saw Elvis doing them. So is it a cockatiel/cockatoo thing or do all parrots do them?

I thought it was mostly male cockatiels but Itsy does it (female Meyer's). Mostly when she's either heading up to her "bed perch" or if she's annoyed by something and does it along with a high-pitched screech.

Oh and when heading up to bed it used to be accompanied by her telephone ring but not as much lately as she never hears a phone ring.

Baby quakers kinda when they do the quaker shakes begging for food!

Never seen it with the adults though. I mean, they will hold out their "shoulders" (elbows?) I guess to look more intimidating when they are defending the cage, but that's about it.

The only other bird that's done heart wings with us is Milton..and not in a nice way...it means he's angry about something. If we see him that way, we give plenty of space...

My Tiel did is a lot, I have seen wild quacker babies do it, but my lovies don't do it and neither does Blue the BCC. sometimes it looks a little bit like Henkie is doing it, but he doesn't do the real heart wings. I love it when they do that though!

My tiel Sunny did heart wings all the time. Elvis does them frequently also, to my surprise. Usually when we're playing and he knows he's being cute, he does heart wings. I wonder if the other goffins here to do.........? @Laura729 ? @Tyrion ? @Castiel ?

Dobby does it, Lurch did it, and pretty sure Nerd did it so I think at least some other birds do it.

Dante does it when he's angry too! But my last bird skittles never did it.

Constantine does something similar but it means he's mad about something. He walks around all fluffed up with his wings raised, almost like he's flexing his muscles haha.

Leto does heart wings when he's happy and excited, usually when I come home from being gone.

He kind of flaps them a bit like pick me up mom, I missed you
