Can my budgies eat this!?

Hi, everyone. I just wanted to know if this vegetable are toxic to birds because they semed to love it but I’m not sure if its toxic for animals. Its called Banana Stem. Its 97% made of water and its good for humans.

I just searched and that is also called a banana pith.
However, I couldnt find any info if its safe for budgies.

nice question.. wonder how able to find such a fresh one.. so are they eating or just playing around biting.. my female budgie she bites any leaf into pieces and cant sleep till she done with them.. often i cant tell is she eating or just fooling around .. My male budgie chows a bit on the green leaves but she wont let him do and bite into pieces .

No it's not the banana stem is hard on the outside part and if you crunch it in the inside it will be watery
