Hello everyone!
I'm trying to make my sun conure's outside cage time more fun and busy for him and I was wondering if this is a safe idea to try! Using a drying clothing rack for a play gym like this (image from pinterest):

With that being said does someone know of one that has a safe material for parrots? I'm thinking of using this one: Amazon.com: ALPHA HOME Adjustable Clothes Drying Rack Portable Rolling Garment Rack with Shelf: Home & Kitchen , it is made out of stainless steel composite pipe & PP& ABS plastic material.

If anyone else has any other fun idea's like this one we are more than open!

I don't know about safety, but it's sure cool the way they have all the toys and interesting stuff on it!

Oh my gosh, that is brilliant. I don’t know why the steel one wouldn’t be safe. You could use a wood drying rack too. I have an old one that I think I will use for my budgies. Thanks for the good idea.

Oh I didn't think of a wood one! That's a good idea too! :) My birb would only be on it completely supervised, and I can adjust the height and put a table underneath to place even more toys! I would wrap it all in vet wrap too so he would have grip. I just kept reading about safe metals and plastics so I wanted to double check with fellow bird mommas and dads! :D
