Do you mean on the top of your cockatiels foot? Bumblefoot, as far as I know, is found only on the bottom of the foot.

No, the bottom part only (looks kinda bumpy, but maybe that’s just me). I’m new with this whole bird stuff, and I’m trying to keep an eye out.
