Perhaps you could add Vesper, the Citron Cockatoo? She's just a littlun, but I can tell she's probably going to become a partier (from what her breeder has told me)!

Hi Dana. I'm very new to the site and dove head first and bought an umbrella cockatoo..I know, I know...not
a good choice for a parrot nubie like myself..but I ADORE Elvis. He is almost 2yrs old so he's still a juvie.
I have only had him for about 2 wks and am having a hard time with different foods. He has been use to eating
commercial bird food and snubs his nose at just about everything!! I bought so much good stuff for him, vegies, fruits,
oatmeal, ect...HELP!!!! please give me as much advise as you possibly can...thanks, Lupe & Elvis

Lupe, With my U2 I fix something I want her to eat that I can eat as well. I bring her over to me and I eat some, making yumm noises and she watches me. Then when I think she is ready I give her some from her bowl and she will usually eat it. Or I hold a piece of fruit for her if I am having some. She loves people food. I keep pellets in her bowl but she only eats a little bit. She prefers birdy breads, which you can eat as well, or other warm foods.
