They are doing good. The new birds are definitely more active and exploring everything. I think all that energy is annoying my older birds. The new birds like to stay within their group mostly but they still interact with the older ones every now n then. Im sure after a few more months they will all be one big happy flock

Congratulations lucky little birds absolutely beautiful little flock
Twinkie’s foot has completely healed and he has also finally grown out some of his flight feathers. A few days ago he surprised us with his first flight, flying across the room all the way to the cage. Ever since discovering his new superpower, hes been practicing with the rest of the flock….he’s become pretty good.

Yeah I actually have 4 males and 4 females, even though I didnt plan it that way. It just happened!wow.. always happy to see such a healthy flock... if possible please share audio when all of them are chirping..
The 4 birds on the top right side of the picture are the boys….everyone else is a girl.
No babies coming up, and Im glad none of them have tried. I actually dont want them to mate with eachother as that can lead to many problems. They all seem pretty happy with the way the flock is right now
