Sure thing!
So when I got Fuzzgig, he was a tiny little boy so he did fine in the 10 gallon. I used to keep him on eco earth, but I wasn't a fan of how water-logged it would get.
So as he got bigger, I got him this TetraFauna tank, I think it's actually a turtle tank. It has the footprint of a 29 gallon tank, so I keep it on a 29 gallon metal stand from Petco. I got a full hood from Aqueon, which holds his UVB bulb and helps with humidity (I prop the lid open a bit to allow ventilation).
His current tank setup has a false bottom. I took pvc, cut it into several pieces (there's 9 in there right now but I have extras) and drilled holes to allow water to flow through the pipes. Those are the supports, I can move them around or take them out for cleaning.
On top of that is egg crate (or light diffuser), which is plastic and spaced 1/2inch. I ziptied plastic mesh (I'm not sure what it's called? It's that plastic mesh stuff you can get at Joann Fabrics) to it just to stop moss from going through.
Currently I also have a Tetra ReptoFilter in there, that was his gotcha day present lol. It flows into his water bowl, which then overflows into the false bottom. I change the water in the false bottom a couple times a week, since amphibians are super sensitive to ammonia and nitrites. Since the tank has a drain already built into it, I just use that to empty it (which it way better than having to dismantle the whole thing).
On top, he has some sphagnum moss (which I find holds moisture better without getting gross as quickly, some ceramic hides (which are actually candy dishes from target oops), some resin rock things (got them in the reptile aisle at petco) and his water bowl.
