    Occasional sneezing after nap—lovebird

Hi all, I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this type of sneezing with their birds before. I have a lovebird (almost 2 years later this month). Tiels Nasal block

Pecan, my female cockatiel has been sneezing a lot. Most of of them time when she had just woken up. Her nostrils seems to be blocked, and when she breathes you can hear sort of a rumble from her along with her body sort of swaying. Not sure wether this is normal or not. Should I bring her to a vet?

Chewed screen protector (did he eat glass/plastic?)

My bird cracked my screen on the edge and started chewing for about a minute or two on something in his mouth. Could it be glass in his mouth or just the popping noise made by his beak sometimes? Should I take him to the vet?
