thinking of purchasing a green aracari.

I have had experience with a blue and gold macaw and green cheek conure, and now I would like to buy my own bird. I was looking for something playful and loving, but not loud or of the "biting" type and I did some research on green acararis. I would just like to know the care compared to a b&g macaw? are aracaris actually not able to scream loudly?
I would like to have it closely bond with me.
